There are 3 Different Free Challenges that you can choose to join – FUN, FIT, FABULOUS. The Challenges do build off of each other. I would recommend that you start with the FUN one as your first one then move the second one as your FIT one and last as your FABULOUS one. Each Challenge addresses a concept that can play a fundamental role in our lives. These challenges are 5 days each and include a short video with an action sheet.
