Challenge #2 – FIT
This is a 5 day FIT Challenge that gets you to bring awareness to your daily life of being FIT. This will strengthen your mind and body. Who wants a stronger body? You will be able to take what you learned in the FUN challenge and transfer some FUN into your FIT routine. When you are having FUN with becoming FIT you become FABULOUS (challenge #3). So in this FIT Challenge you will explore your body in ways you may have never thought about. So I dare you to step into the uncomfortable zone and challenge yourself with the FIT Challenge.
