Who is this retreat for? This retreat is for you if you are…
- Becoming unstuck and your athlete performances isn’t where you want it to be
- Breaking thru feeling like you have plateaued in your athletic, health & wellness journey
- Feeling you have limited time, low motivation, weight gain, and work too much

Declaimer
In order to participate in this retreat – You must have the ability to walk at least 1 mile with no issues. This is an active retreat filled with all types of movement. To maximum your participation in the retreat you need to have an open mind and some physical ability.

Day 1 – Welcome Starts with checking in 3 to 5pm

Night Session – Starting us off with the Power of NOW
Day 1 will be our jump start to our experience knowing where we are starting and where we are planning to go. Looking at your desired “Champion State” and designing a personal Champion roadmap.
Day 2 – Choice & Challenge of NOW
Day 2 will be exploring areas that may be holding you back and opening to new options that will raise what you bring to your sport and life. Taking the moment and turning it into momentum forward.

Day 3 – Challenge of NOW
Day 3 will be closing the gaps of finding what works for you as an aging athlete. Learning about “Flow” and how to get it not only in the activities you do but in your life.

Frequently Asked Questions?
Can I only come for a portion of the retreat?
Yes you can la-a-cart your weekend, however it is not recommended. It is highly recommended to participate in the full experience to get the most out of the experience.
Can I share a room with my friend?
Yes, we would need your friend’s name.
Can my family member or spouse join me?
Yes sure thing as long as they are over the age of 30 years old and can meet basic requirements of the declaimer. We would need to know for our meals so please let us know if you are having a companion join you. Thanks
Can I get a single room?
Yes there are only a few single rooms – once they are gone they are gone.
What if I have dietary needs?
I would recommend you let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate your needs.
Can I be a day student?
Yes you can. There will be early and late activities during our time together.
